DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Pets are welcome! $250.00 non-refundable pet deposit is due upon signing. Case-by-case approval. Max weight around 40 lbs. Limit of 2.
ARE THE LOFTS EFFICIENT?
Yes! The lofts were restored in 2012 with the latest technology! The power bill ranges from $40 - $80/month depending on the season. (estimate from Georgia Power)
DO YOU RENT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS?
We are happy to rent to professional college students, such as Mercer Law or Mercer Medicine. We do not rent to undergraduates. Cotton Avenue Lofts is a quiet, professional environment and we expect each tenant to adhere to this policy showing respect for the other residents.
DO THE UNITS HAVE WASHER/DRYER CONNECTIONS?
Yes! Each unit is equipped with a washer/dryer connection in the hall closet. A full size system will fit. Washer/Dryer are not included.
HOW TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED ARE THE LOFTS?
The lofts are secured with a key pad entry, camera and buzzer system. You will also find 3 cameras in the hall that property management monitors. As you enter the units you will find a touchscreen thermostat system that syncs with WiFi allowing control offsite for the tenant. You’ll also find the security system that allows each resident to see who has buzzed their loft on a 3" LED screen and speaker with the capability to unlock main entrance from loft.
IS THERE A UTILITY FEE?
One - electricity. Water & sewage usage, pest control, garbage and wireless internet for each tenant is included with monthly rent.
